Indicative UK Pricing

Simple enough to start. Structured enough to support a real operation.

Clear comms. Live control. One operation.

We price the platform around the parts of the workflow that create distinct value: dependable field voice, browser-based dispatch, and the support needed to make a live rollout work.

Free Trial Or Guided Evaluation

Choose the lightest path that gives you a real answer.

The free trial proves Secure Radio can be activated quickly. Guided Evaluation proves whether Secure Radio fits a real operation with the right setup, training, devices, and success criteria.

Free Trial

Fast self-evaluation

Best when one person can test the basic dispatch plus Android radio workflow without needing a formal rollout plan.

Guided Evaluation

Operational validation

Best when the outcome depends on a real site, multiple roles, training, device readiness, and agreed success measures.

Next Step

Move from proof to rollout

How Customers Usually Buy

Start with the problem that matters most.

One Site

Evaluate in a real operation

Best for teams that want to judge the platform in live conditions before making a broader commitment.

One Team

Clean up one field workflow first

Useful when one team is carrying the worst communication pain today and needs the quickest fix.

One Control Model

Add dispatch where command matters

For operations where the move only makes sense if supervisors and dispatchers gain a better working surface too.

What’s Included

Easy to understand before the first call.

Field Access

Named user pricing

Customers can align the rollout scope with the real teams using the system.

Dispatch Access

Separate dispatch pricing

Command-and-control value stays explicit rather than being hidden inside a blended seat price, including escalation workflows where customers need them.

Devices And SIMs

Handled separately

Customers can start with the workflow first. We can then help procure, supply, configure, and set up devices, accessories, and SIM connectivity where needed.

Support

Scoped around the rollout

Support and onboarding can be matched to the size and seriousness of the operational deployment.

Questions Buyers Ask

Straight answers before the first conversation.

FAQ

Do we need specialist hardware to start?

No. Many teams can begin with phones and browser-based workflows, then decide later whether dedicated rugged devices improve the operation. Hardware, accessories, and SIM card costs are separate; we can help procure and set them up.

FAQ

Can we start small?

Yes. Most customers begin with one team, one site, or one operating workflow so they can judge the fit in real use.

FAQ

Why price dispatch separately?

Because dispatch is a real operational surface with its own value. It is often the difference between “people can talk” and “the operation is actually coordinated”, especially when escalation and optional live field video matter.

FAQ

Can some users join from any phone over Wi-Fi or LTE?

Yes. Our main field experience is the native Android app, but lighter mobile access can still be useful on any phone for occasional users, roving supervisors, backup access, or quick situational awareness.

FAQ

Is DMR Interop part of the free trial?

No. DMR Interop requires Guided Evaluation and carries a recurring module fee per configured gateway. Gateway provisioning and route setup are included in that module scope; radios, RF estate, licensing, and connectivity costs are separate unless agreed.

If you already know voice matters but your current setup feels fragmented, hard to supervise, or hard to control, the easiest next step is a scoped operational review.
