Secure Radio For Live Operations

Field teams and control rooms, working as one.

Clear comms. Live control. One operation.

Secure Radio helps live teams replace missed calls, noisy chat groups, and improvised dispatch workarounds with one clearer system for voice, supervision, field context, and operational control.

Built For The Real Day

Voice is only useful when the wider operation stays clear.

The people on the ground need a direct radio workflow. The people supervising need live context. The people responsible for the rollout need control after the first demo.

Field

Fast push-to-talk for mobile teams

Operators stay focused on the job, not on finding the right app, group, or contact.

Dispatch

A working view for supervision

Supervisors can see units, calls, messages, map context, alerts, and field video requests.

Admin

Structure that survives go-live

Tenants, devices, operators, talkgroups, telemetry, and permissions stay manageable.

DMR Bridge

Bring a radio talkgroup into the same operation

Controlled RF gateway routing can connect a DMR net with Secure Radio dispatch and PoC users, including remote or temporary sites with suitable IP backhaul.

Product Proof

One operating model across handset, dispatch, and admin.

Buyers can inspect the deeper product tour on the platform page. Here, the essential promise is simple: every role gets a purpose-built surface inside the same live operation.

Field App

Readable radio states on the handset

Standby, private calls, roster, map, messaging, and dispatch requests are built around live work.

Control-room workflow in the browser

Radio status, selected unit context, messaging, alerts, logs, and map awareness share one command surface.

Admin telemetry dashboard showing runtime health and stream trends
Telemetry

Service visibility for operations owners

Admin users can review quality, activity, connected clients, and runtime health as usage grows.

DMR Interop

DMR radio talkgroups can be part of the same workflow

For guided evaluations, Secure Radio can bridge a configured DMR RF talkgroup into dispatch and Android PoC operations.

Self-Service Trial

Try the core operation with one dispatch console and one Android radio.

A verified trial request can now create a focused starter tenant automatically. The onboarding email and trial-ready page give you the Android app download, dispatch link, setup instructions, checksum, and separate QR codes for dispatch and radio activation.

1. Verify

Confirm your work email

We use email verification before provisioning so every trial has a clean company-domain record.

2. Provision

A trial tenant is created

The starter tenant includes one dispatch console identity, one mobile radio identity, one OPS channel, and one OPS talkgroup.

3. Activate

Scan setup QR codes

Dispatch and Android each scan their own short-lived setup QR, then set the operator PIN during onboarding.

4. Operate

Connect and test the workflow

Use the trial to test PTT, roster, dispatch visibility, messages, map context, and the basic supervised workflow.

Real-World Fit

Made for teams that move, supervise, escalate, and review.

The product should feel connected to the places where communication breaks down: entrances, patrol routes, estates teams, campus duty staff, event control, and site supervisors.

Events, Venues & Leisure

When guest-facing teams need fast coordination without adding noise

Talkgroups, selective calling, dispatch oversight, and optional field video help busy venues keep the live picture together.

Rail station operations team coordinating in a busy transport environment
Transport & Critical Sites

When moving teams need calm control in busy public environments

Rail, airport, campus, and site operations can keep field teams reachable while supervisors stay close to the wider picture.

Where It Fits Best

Strong fit for UK teams running live coordination under pressure.

Secure Radio is designed for organisations where field decisions, supervision, and operational accountability need to stay connected when the day gets busy.

Security & Nightlife

Door teams, patrols, response teams, and supervisors

For teams that need fast talk, private escalation, dispatch oversight, and clearer evidence during live incidents.

Events & Theme Parks

Guest-facing operations with no room for confusion

For multi-role teams coordinating entrances, rides, stewards, crowd movement, supervisors, and control rooms.

Estates & Facilities

Site operations with mobile teams

For estates, maintenance, and facilities teams moving across buildings while supervisors keep the wider picture.

Rail & Airports

Busy hubs where coordination has to stay calm

For transport teams coordinating landside, concourse, facilities, and supervisor workflows across public environments.

Getting Started

Start with one live operation and prove the workflow in the real world.

One site, one team, or one operational use case is enough to test whether Secure Radio improves clarity for field users, dispatchers, and the people responsible for the rollout.
